End User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is the agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and PlanPal. By clicking "I Agree", you accept and agree to be bound by this license agreement. If you do not agree to this license, do not install and use the Software.

License Grant

This EULA grants you the following rights provided you comply with all terms and conditions contained in this EULA:

• Installation and Use. PlanPal provides you with a non-exclusive and limited license; this license allows you to install and use a number of the Software copies ordered during the purchase.

• You shall validate the license from time to time (Internet connection is required during validation) and thus assign it to the computer/operating system.

Ownership

The Software is protected by international copyright laws and treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. PlanPal owns the title, copyright and other intellectual property rights contained in the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.

Obligations and Restrictions

You should not:

• make any effort to decompile or reverse engineer PlanPal Products

• use, disclose, copy, modify, amend or alter PlanPal Products or any part thereof or induce or allow any person to do so,

• sublicense, rent, sell or lend any portion of this Software.

• use any resources of PlanPal without using the PlanPal functionalities.

 

Warranty and Disclaimer

PlanPal products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. in no event will PlanPal be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use PlanPal products. planpal makes no warranty that planpal products will operate properly, or that the operation of planpal products will be uninterrupted or error-free. in addition, there is no warranty or condition of title, quiet possession, and correspondence to description or non-infringement, with regard to the software product.

 

in no event will PlanPal or its employees be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the software product or inability to use the software product, including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of business, income or savings, administrative loss, loss of data, loss of commercial reputation or other consequential or incidental damage or loss. this provision shall survive the expiration or termination of this agreement.

Term and Termination

This license agreement takes effect upon your installation of the software and continues in full force and effect until terminated. Without prejudice to any other rights, PlanPal may terminate this EULA if you fail to fully comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must remove all copies of the Software from the computer(s).

It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.
